Ingredients
- 2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme Chopped
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 ½ Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tsp White Pepper

- ½ C Shredded Swiss Cheese
- ½ C Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
- Meanwhile, pour cream into a large skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until just about boiling. Reduce heat, add herbs, salt, pepper, onions, and parsley. Simmer 7-8 minutes, or until thickened.
- Stir in seafood, cooking until shrimp is no longer transparent. Stir in cheese, blending well.
- Drain pasta. Serve sauce over pasta noodles.
Notes
If spicy food isn't your thing, start with half the amount of peppers. You can always add more... But don't regret putting in too many!
Bay scallops work best here, but you can use the larger sea scallops if you cut them in half.
