Creamed Corn Like No Other

Will was never a creamed corn fan, but this recipe changed it for him! This creamed corn is made from scratch and is infinitely better than anything canned. Frozen corn kernels in a a quick, easy, decadent and creamy sauce makes this recipe hard to beat! If you like things a little cheesier, add some parmesan to the pan, or to each individual serving!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 10 oz Packages Frozen Corn Kernels Thawed
  • 1 C Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 C Whole Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • ¼ C Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium heat, combine corn, cream, salt, pepper, and butter.
  • Whisk together the milk and flour, and stir into corn mixture.
  • Cook stirring over medium heat until mixture is thickened, and corn is cooked through.
  • Remove from heat, and stir in cheese until melted.
