Crispy Parmesan Air Fryer Cod

This is like the adult version of fish sticks, and this recipe couldn't be easier! Bread some cod filets, throw them in the air fryer and they'll be ready before you know it!

Equipment

  • 3 Small Bowls
  • Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Cod Filets
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • ½ C Flour
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 1 C Panko Breadcrumbs
  • ½ C Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • Olive Oil Spray

Instructions
 

  • Season the cod filets with salt and pepper.
  • Create a breading station for the fish. In one bowl, add the flour. In the second bowl, whisk together the eggs and salt. In the third bowl, add the Panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, Old Bay Seasoning, and garlic powder.
  • First dip the cod in the flour, then the egg mixture, and finally the Panko breadcrumbs.
  • Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with the olive oil spray. Place the fish in the basket of the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. Carefully flip the fish and continue to cook for 3-5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
