Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 16 Oz Steak
  • 3 Clove Garlic Minced
  • 4 Tbsp Flour
  • 2 C Milk
  • 4 Oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • ½ C Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ C Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ C Monterrey Jack Cheese
  • 14 Oz Mini Shell Pasta
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley For Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Sear steak to medium rare. Remove from skillet.
  • Add 1 Tbsp butter, garlic, and flour to the skillet to form a roux.
  • Add a pinch of salt and the milk. Stir until thickened.
  • Add the cream cheese. Once melted, add black pepper to taste and the cheddar, parmesan, and monterrey jack cheese.
  • Stir until melted and well mixed, and return steak to the skillet.
  • Add the cooked pasta and stir well. Add chopped parsley for garnish.
