Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 16 Oz Steak
- 3 Clove Garlic Minced
- 4 Tbsp Flour
- 2 C Milk
- 4 Oz Cream Cheese Softened
- ½ C Cheddar Cheese
- ½ C Parmesan Cheese
- ½ C Monterrey Jack Cheese
- 14 Oz Mini Shell Pasta
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley For Garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Sear steak to medium rare. Remove from skillet.
- Add 1 Tbsp butter, garlic, and flour to the skillet to form a roux.
- Add a pinch of salt and the milk. Stir until thickened.
- Add the cream cheese. Once melted, add black pepper to taste and the cheddar, parmesan, and monterrey jack cheese.
- Stir until melted and well mixed, and return steak to the skillet.
- Add the cooked pasta and stir well. Add chopped parsley for garnish.
