Ingredients
  

  • 2 12 oz packages Potato Gnocchi
  • ¼ C Butter
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tsp Dried Sage
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ C Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese Grated

Instructions
 

  • Cook gnocchi in pasta pot until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Drain.
  • Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, and cook until garlic has softened and is beginning to turn golden brown, about 4 minutes. Stir in the sage and salt for a few seconds, then add cooked gnocchi. Toss gently with ¼ cup of parmesan cheese and pepper. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese to serve.
