Key Lime Pie

This incredibly easy pie is a summertime favorite! Try to make it with a homemade graham cracker crust if you have the time... You won't regret it! Served with whipped cream and garnished with lime slices and lime zest, and you'll be the favorite chef at the next picnic!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 9" Prepared Graham Cracker Crust
  • 3 C Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ½ C Sour Cream
  • ¾ C Key Lime Juice
  • 2 Tsp Grated Lime Zest

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a medium bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix well and pour into graham cracker crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 5-8 minutes, until tiny pinhole bubbles burst on the surface of pie. DO NOT BROWN! Chill pie thoroughly before serving. Garnish with lime slices and whipped cream if desired.

Notes

2 cans of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz) is okay.
