Ingredients
  

  • 1 Package Ramen Noodles Flavor Packet Discarded
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • ½ Tsp Ginger Grated
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Chili Garlic Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 Green Onions Thinly Sliced
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds For Sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions.
  • While the noodles are cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the coconut oil and once melted, stir in the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute, then stir in the sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili garlic paste. Turn off the heat and stir in the toasted sesame oil. Add the noodles to the skillet and toss well to coat.
  • Serve the noodles with lots of green onions and sesame seeds on top.
