Soy Sauce
Instructions
Cook protein of choice and set aside.
On medium-high heat, heat the oil in a large skillet or wok. Add the peas and carrots, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry until tender.
Lower the heat to medium-low and push the mixture off to one side, then pour eggs on the other side of the skillet and stir-fry until scrambled.
Add the rice, soy sauce, and protein of choice and blend all together well. Stir-fry until heated thoroughly.
Notes
This tastes even better when mixed with yum-yum sauce!
